On September 10, 2014, Unexcelled Firefighters attended a Rope Rigging training session at their Corlies Avenue firehouse. The training was conducted by Firehouse EXPO and FDIC Lecturer / Instructor Mike Donohue of Progressive Rescue.
The program included packaging and lashing a patient into a stokes basket for both vertical and horizontal movement, rigging a 4:1 mechanical advantage via a high point using Ladder 34-4-90, progress capture, belays and more.
15 firefighters attended the session.
