Unexcelled Firefighters held training on High Rise Firefighting Operations on August 25, 2014. The training was held in cooperation with Jersey Shore University Medical Center on State Highway 33.
Firefighters used the stairwells inside the Parking Garage. This area is equipped with stand pipes and allowed firefighters to stretch hose and connect in to the stand pipe.
The parking garage is four stories in height and presented firefighters with a real world field to the rigors of carrying a variety of suppression equipment up flights of stairs.
